How to solve the electric power hoist fault

2. The main control circuit of the electric hoist is damaged,, disconnection or bad contact, but also makes the hoist motor can not electrify. In this case, the main control loop must be repaired. In the overhaul, in order to prevent the main control loop from sending power to the three-phase motor, the motor is burnt out, or the hoist motor suddenly gets power operated, causing harm. Make sure that the hoist motor is disconnected from the power line and transmit only to the main control circuit. Then start and stop the switch, check, analyze, control the electrical appliances and the work of the circuit. For appliances with problems or line for repair or replacement, when confirm the master and control circuit of trouble-free, to reset test;
3. The terminal voltage of the electric power hoist motor is lower than the rated voltage by more than 10%, Motor starting torque is too small, make the hoist lifting goods, and will not work. Check the motor input voltage with a multimeter or voltmeter. If the voltage is too low, the motor can not start, the system voltage should be returned to normal after the use of electric power hoist. Sometimes, hoist motor voltage is normal, but the gourd is not working, it should be considered for other reasons.
