2. Check the collector, the power slide line whether deformation and wear, tension device is normal, the slider and the slider contact is good.
3. Check electrical components and control system. Check whether there is any damage to the switch shell, whether the contact pressure is appropriate when closing, whether the fuse capacity meets the requirements; the main contact of the contactor and auxiliary contact have any singe , between the contact pressure is enough, whether the contact was torn off completely; whether there have attachment on contactor dynamic and static iron core attraction surface, pull when there is no sound, the arc is intact; As well as the distribution cabinet on the work of the relay is normal, the terminal posts, wiring screws are tightened, etc. Cab should check each main controller action direction is correct, check whether zero protection, especially should check whether the manipulation of the stage is equipped with an emergency power switch, and confirm the event of an emergency it can effectively cut off power supply. Also, pay attention to check the overload limiter, torque limiter, and sensitivity and reliability of each trip protection device.
